Not sure what that is as far as calorie/fat breakdown, but could probably google it?Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08961948894847619115noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-51882677548278389.post-65972730932705595772010-01-07T12:35:53.105-05:002010-01-07T12:35:53.105-05:00EEEEEKKKKK!!! Right around 4/4:30 when I need to start tidying up from a day's worth of playing and make dinner, that's when Will becomes super clingy. My favorite way to combat that are to make meals that can be made earlier in the day (durign a nap time or even while he's eating lunch or a snack) and just baked/cooked at dinner time, freezer meals (that I have made ahead and just pull out), and my crockpot. I have a crockpot chicken chili recipe that I really like that I got when I was doing Weight Watchers. It's 3 cans of beans (I use 2 of black beans and one of pinto, but you can use any combo or all 3 of one kind), a can of corn, 1 c. salsa (I use mild for Will's sake), a packet of taco seasoning (I use the low sodium), and then three raw chicken breasts cut into cubes. Cook on high for four hours or low for 6 - 8. It's super easy and tastes great! You can also do this over the stove top if you don't have a crockpot. Just saute chicken cubes, add rest ingredients and simmer until ready (about an hour, but more just makes it better).Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08961948894847619115noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-51882677548278389.post-27350767375317415002010-01-06T10:49:59.780-05:002010-01-06T10:49:59.780-05:00We found that our daughter just wanted to be invol...We found that our daughter just wanted to be involved and watch us cook, so we would bring her high chair in so she could see what we were doing. When she got a bit older, we let her stand on a step stool to watch and help. I don't know if that would help with the cooking clinginess.Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05557250090764972178noreply@blogger.com
